Calm the mind, energize the body + start the week refreshed! This is a nature-inspired guided meditation class. It will be a mix of seated & walking (guided) meditation plus mindfulness tips to integrate into the week. Your journey will begin with a lovely walk to the Gazebo where we will gather for class. For beginners and those with experience.
