Summer is a time for warmth and expansion, as plants and animals in our region are at their most productive. We too, can open up to the healing powers of the natural world by intentionally connecting to ourselves and others. Come join Mira and Phillip in a 1.5 hour event that invites the healing powers of nature to improve mental health and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and mindful walking. This event will include yoga/mindful movement and a guided, nature-informed mindfulness walk. It will conclude with a final sharing circle. No experience is needed. This is a donation-based event, with a sliding scale suggested donation of $20-$60. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Age 16+ All are welcome.
