Nature Informed Mindfulness and Yoga Event

November 7, 2021 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Come join Mira and Phillip in a 1.5 hour event that invites the healing powers of nature to improve mental health and wellbeing through the practices of yoga and mindfulness. This event will include yoga/mindful movement & nature-informed mindfulness meditation with metta for self, community, world peace, and will conclude with a final sharing circle. No experience is needed. This is a donation-based event with a sliding scale suggested donation of $20-40-60. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel, lawn chair or cushion, and water bottle. Spaces are limited.
