SOLD OUT: Sunset Sound Bath and Herbal Tea Meditation

Come join us for a sound bath and herbal tea meditation with Lionel Matthews from Tranquility Sound Therapy and community herbalist Kate Galarza. We’ll start the night with a tea meditation. Kate will serve an herbal tea blend infused with calming and nourishing plants. We’ll use our senses to experience the infusion and discuss the therapeutic actions of each plant. After the meditation, enjoy a peaceful sound bath as the practitioner will utilize crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, ocean drums and the natural sounds of nature as tools to bring the mind and body to a blissful meditative state. Be sure to carve out some time to nourish YOURSELF so you can nourish the loved ones around you. This program is intended for adults.
