Last week, members of the Air Force visited Irvine for an afternoon of service! The group continued construction on the bamboo fencing around the Outdoor Classroom- this has been an enormous task! Irvine harvested the bamboo from a local private homeowner- removing an invasive plant from their yard, and providing us with free building materials!
The Air Force team also assisted with breakdown of wedding decorations and the dance floor. Lastly, they worked on finishing up the mud pie kitchen in the Outdoor Classroom. It has since been used by many a happy camper!
