Qualifications for eligibility:

• Proof of employment as an educator with a currently licensed childcare provider, Pre-K-12 public, private or parochial school or higher education learning institution. OR
• Currently enrolled in an alternate teaching certification program such as Teach For America, Baltimore City Teaching Residency, etc. OR
• An authorized homeschool teacher with documentation of filing with the State Department of Education or proof of membership in an official homeschool organization.
