PumpkinFest is a fun event for families and communities to celebrate the delights of autumn. Each October, hundreds of families gather at Irvine to enjoy a wholesome day of music, food and fun.
There's plenty to do, including:
- Take a hay ride on our wagon
- Live music
- Meet an alpaca
- Blacksmith Demonstrations
- Pumpkin painting
- Make a scarecrow
- Face painting
- Cooking Demonstrations
- Pumpkin bowling and sack races
- Delicious food
- Haybale slides and much more!
The admission fee is $15 per child. All activities are included. Free for adults and children under 2 years old.
The hours of PumpkinFest are:
Saturday, October 11: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Sunday, October 12: 12-4 p.m.
Please note that Irvine Nature Center will be closed from 9-11 a.m. and 4-5 p.m. on 10/11, and 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 4-5 p.m. on 10/12 so that staff can prepare and break down for PumpkinFest.

Be sure to look for the raffle to enter to win a family fun basket worth $1,650! Raffle tickets are on sale now at our reception desk in the Exhibit Hall, and will be on site 10/11 and 10/12. See the amazing list of girt cards, toys, museum tickets and more in this year's basket. (You do not need to be present to win.)
