This Week’s Adventures: We explored the moon and how animals utilize moonlight in the winter.

Favorite Activities: We loved wearing our pajamas to school! We made our own lunar moon art, played with “moon dough”, and tried an experiment about how craters are formed. We also enjoyed acting out animal roles while reading “On a Moonlit Night”. We took careful bites of round cookies to see the phases of the moon, too!

Next’s Week’s Theme: Owls and Other Wise Guys (“Oo”)

Try this at home: Observe the moon, then draw it. What shape is it tonight?
