Come collaborate on the future of the entire Jones Falls watershed.
Over the next two years, volunteers and environmental leaders in the Jones Falls watershed and beyond will engage the community to co-create a Strategic Plan for the future of the Jones Falls and its connected waterways. This landmark project represents the first time in the 21st century that greater Baltimore will come together to propose a path forward for the entirety of the Jones Falls watershed. The community-led process involves a historic collaboration between the City and County to account for the future of the entire watershed—from Caves Valley, through Greenspring Valley, to the Harbor, and on to the Chesapeake Bay.
Volunteers and environmental stewards in Baltimore are convening to co-create a comprehensive plan for the future of the entire Jones Falls watershed. This community-led effort is calling on residents, local businesses, community groups, and everyone with a stake in the future of the falls to join us at our strategic planning meetings.
These Stakeholder meetings are designed to provide space for all interested parties to come together and imagine a bright future for all parts of the watershed. Participants will be part of breakout discussions around two topics of interest from our five focus areas:
