AFTER CARE*

Full-day families can extend their child’s day of exploration and play from 2-5pm daily. Pricing is based on # days selected per week, at a rate of $168 per day, per month. Billed monthly. For example, for 2 days per week=$336/month. Families are able to sign up later in the year. Occasional care is available for a single-day fee. Please select the number of days you would likely need Fern Club AfterCare.

BEFORE CARE*

Early Bird Care Families can drop-off early at 8:30am for Early Bird Care. Pricing is based on # days selected per week, at a rate of $24 per day, per month. Billed monthly. For example, for 2 days per week=$48/month. Families are able to sign up later in the year. Occasional care is available for a single-day fee. If interested, select the number of days you would need Early Bird BeforeCare.

Enrollment Procedures

Enrollment Procedures*

Applications are accepted year-round and placement is first come, first served. Incomplete applications or those without a paid application fee will not be considered. All applications are considered in the order they are received. Currently attending students returning the next school year and their siblings are offered priority enrollment. Applications for new students will be considered after them, typically in mid-February. If there are open spaces in a class of your choice, we will send a contract for enrollment at that time. If we are unable to place your child in a class of your choice, we will contact you to offer you an alternate choice if you indicate interest. Upon receipt of the contract, you must submit the contract and the 10% non-refundable down payment to secure your child’s placement within 10 business days.

Class days/times and tuition prices are set in December for the following school year. If changes are made to current offerings, you will be contacted and given an opportunity to update your preferences. The date of original application submission will be honored.
