May is a terrific time for foraging with tasty spring shoots, flower buds and greens. Some of the shoots require careful identification and preparation to enjoy a safe and tasty meal. Take an easy hike around Irvine as we look at how to properly identify, pick, prepare, and cook milkweed and more. This program is intended for adults.
