VISITOR SERVICES COORDINATOR (PART TIME)

The Visitor Services Coordinators is the first point of contact for all visitors to Irvine. Primary responsibilities include overseeing general admission, communicating arrivals with staff, communicating Irvine’s programs, events, schedules, membership details, and assisting with routine operational questions. This is a part time position that reports to the Deputy Director.

Land Stewardship & Trail Technician (SEASONAL)

Trail Crew members will assist the Land Manager in daily land management including but not limited to:

  • Invasive plant management – removal, treatment, etc.
  • Natural landscape management including native plant restoration and wetland related projects
  • Trail creation and maintenance
  • Weeding, mulching, mowing using hand and gas-powered equipment (weedwhacker, backpack blower)
  • Camp site prep and check
  • Pruning, trimming, reforestation management, wood cutting and splitting
