Irvine's Nature in the Classroom program is especially useful for schools that cannot visit the Center for field trips. The programs take place at your school and are scheduled most often during December and January (scheduling is limited in spring and fall). They feature an Irvine Teacher-Naturalist leading one of seven entertaining and informative programs covering the following topics:
- Animal Tales
- Animals, Animals, Animals
- Chesapeake Connections
- Maryland’s Native Americans
- Predator and Prey
- Raptors of Maryland
- Rock'n Minerals
