- Expand environmental education activities for all
- Enhance year-round outdoor opportunities
- Update the master land plan and develop a comprehensive land maintenance plan
- Increase and diversify our human resources
- Optimize the physical facilities to support Irvine's mission
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan
- Advance financial sustainability
